We breathe air and if we stop breathing, we will die. The air we breathe contains oxygen. It is very important to our life.

Our life activities produce waste products such as carbon dioxide. If this is not gotten rid off, it acts as a poison to our system. The air we breathe in must be pure. That is why   much important .it attached to proper ventilation of our house, school rooms and offices. People who live in the countryside are healthier on account of the fresh air they breathe. Life in the open air, as much as possible, is what one should strive to have. That is why school buildings where a large number of boys are put in comparatively small rooms for five or six hours a day are condemned.

To sum up, the importance of fresh air to human life is much more important than anything else. It is needless to say that those who live in well ventilated houses are free form sickness and it is said their lives are longer than others.
